每个本机安装标识可免费完成一次未回关或粉丝变化对比。免费次数在第一次成功对比时使用，采集名单和失败重试不扣次数。体验资格检查和计次仅发送随机安装标识及随机对比请求编号，不发送 X 账号、用户名、名单或对比内容。服务器保存安装标识的 SHA-256 摘要、请求编号和使用时间，以防重复使用并允许同次失败重试；记录在提供体验服务期间保留。本机保存上次对比的记录引用，允许再次查看相同结果。此限制按安装标识实现，不通过登录账号或硬件信息识别人；卸载、清理扩展数据可能重置标识。体验后新的记录和对比需购买或有效赠送授权。
赠送授权
赠送码须联网兑换一次，首次兑换后绑定当前 Chrome 配置文件。兑换服务接收赠送码和随机安装标识，数据库仅保存两者摘要、兑换时间和签名授权，用于防止再次兑换。不会读取硬件序列号或上传 X 名单。此随机安装标识保存在本机，不随购买凭证或名单备份导出。防重复兑换记录在提供赠送授权服务期间保留。卸载、清理数据或换浏览器后需要新的赠送码。
适用范围
X 关注记录本（X Follow Tracker）用于由你主动记录 X 的粉丝及关注名单，并对比未回关及不同时间的变化。1.3.0 提供中英文界面和 PayPal 自动付款核验。本政策更新于 2026 年 10 月 17 日。
本机名单与设置
主动开始记录后，扩展读取当前名单页面已加载的用户名和显示名称。确认保存后，将名单所属账号、类型、记录时间、确认人数及名单保存到当前 Chrome 配置文件。当前网址只用于识别名单页，不建立浏览历史。语言设置、签名授权和随机结账会话标识也保存在本机。名单不上传到开发者或 PayPal，不使用 Chrome 同步存储，没有广告或使用统计。名单备份与授权备份单独导出。
付款与自动授权
购买由 PayPal 的独立网页处理，价格为 US$1.99，一次性付款，无订阅。扩展将随机结账会话标识发送到 x-follow-tracker-privacy.chenawa39.chatgpt.site，用于建立独立订单和查询付款结果。该服务只在通过 PayPal 接口核实商户、产品订单、金额、币种及已完成的收款后签发授权。正式版只接受正式收款，核验成功后自动保存无到期日的授权；正式收款未配置时购买入口关闭。扩展不读取支付密码、银行卡信息或 PayPal 付款页面，也不向该服务发送 X 名单。
服务端保存的数据
授权服务保存随机会话标识的 SHA-256 摘要、随机授权编号、PayPal 订单及收款编号、处理状态、测试或正式环境、时间戳和签名授权，用于自动交付、重复请求处理、售后及交易核对。服务使用按小时变更的网络地址摘要限制创建订单频率，不在应用数据库保存原始 IP。未完成订单保留最多约 30 天并在后续创建订单时清理；频率限制记录到期后同样清理。已付款授权记录在提供授权恢复和售后期间保留，可通过商店开发者联系方式申请查询或删除；必要交易留档另按适用要求处理。托管及网络基础设施也可能处理请求地址、IP 和安全日志。
PayPal 与开发者可见信息
PayPal 按其隐私政策处理付款，可能收集姓名、邮箱、付款资料及账单信息。此自动结账请求不要求收货地址。发布者作为商户可在 PayPal 后台看到 PayPal 提供的付款人资料、交易编号、金额、币种及状态。核验接口可能返回付款人字段，但本授权应用不将这些字段写入数据库或应用日志。错误日志只记录操作类型、错误类别和随机问题编号。你主动提交的客服资料只用于订单、退款和支持，不与 X 名单合并。退款请通过 Chrome 商店详情页上的开发者联系方式提出；移除授权不等于退款。
权限与代码
activeTab 临时访问你主动选择的当前名单页；scripting 注入随扩展打包的采集、语言和授权校验代码；storage 在本机保存记录、语言、会话和授权。仅对上述授权服务域名请求主机权限，用于创建订单和核验付款。下单时同时发送扩展公开 ID 和界面语言，以便付款结束后返回正确的插件页面。返回页只能请求打开购买页，不能读取名单或直接激活授权。所有可执行代码随软件包提供，不下载或执行远程 JavaScript 或 Wasm。服务只返回订单状态和签名授权等数据。PayPal 在独立标签页运行，不注入扩展。
你的选择与删除
采集和自动滚动由你主动开始，可以暂停或关闭，仅确认后保存。卸载扩展或清除扩展数据会删除本机名单、设置、会话和授权；导出文件需要自行删除。未激活时仍可查看旧记录并导入、导出名单，并可在免费次数可用时完成一次对比。购买后请保存授权备份，重装可导入恢复。开发者没有你的本机名单，无法替你恢复。删除本机数据不删除 PayPal 交易或服务端记录；如需删除服务端授权记录，请联系开发者，并提供必要的交易编号核对。
使用限制与联系
不出售用户数据，不用于无关广告、画像、信用评分或贷款决策。扩展不读取 X 密码或 Cookie，不直接调用 X 接口；浏览和滚动让 X 页面按其自身逻辑加载内容，适用 X 的政策。工具与 X 无隶属关系，遗漏、改名、封禁等可能造成名单差异，疑似取关不等于确认取关。数据、付款、退款或授权问题请使用 Chrome 商店详情页上的开发者联系方式。
Privacy policy
One free comparison
Each local installation identity can complete one free non-mutual-follow or follower-change comparison. Only the first successful comparison uses the allowance; collecting lists and retrying failed requests do not. Eligibility and counting send only a random installation capability and random comparison request ID, never X accounts, usernames, lists or comparison content. The server stores the SHA-256 digest of that capability, request ID and use time to prevent reuse and support idempotent retries, retained while providing the trial service. Local snapshot references allow reopening the same result. The limit uses an installation identity, not a login or hardware identity; uninstalling or clearing extension data may reset it. Further recording and comparisons require a purchase or valid gift access.
Gift access
Gift codes require one online redemption and bind to the current Chrome profile. Redemption sends the gift code and a random installation capability; the database stores only their digests, redemption time and signed license to prevent another redemption. It does not read hardware serial numbers or receive X lists. The random installation capability stays in local storage and is excluded from purchase and snapshot backups. Anti-replay records are retained while providing gift licensing. Uninstalling, clearing data or using another browser requires a new gift code.
Scope
X Follow Tracker records X Followers and Following lists at your request and compares non-mutual follows and changes over time. Version 1.3.0 provides Chinese and English interfaces and automatic PayPal payment verification. Updated October 17, 2026.
Local snapshots and settings
After you start recording, the extension reads usernames and display names from loaded list rows. Once you confirm saving, it stores the account, list type, timestamp, confirmed count and list in this Chrome profile. The current URL only identifies the list page; no browsing history is built. Language settings, a signed license and a random checkout session token are also stored locally. Lists are not uploaded to the developer or PayPal. The extension does not use Chrome sync storage, advertising or usage analytics. Snapshot and license backups are exported separately.
Payments and automatic licensing
PayPal processes purchases on a separate page. The price is US$1.99, a one-time payment with no subscription. The extension sends a random checkout session token to x-follow-tracker-privacy.chenawa39.chatgpt.site to create a separate order and check its payment. This service issues a license only after verifying the merchant, product order, amount, currency and completed capture through PayPal. The production extension accepts live payments only and automatically saves a non-expiring license after verification. The extension does not read payment passwords, card details or the PayPal checkout page, and sends no X lists to the service.
Server-side records
The license service stores a SHA-256 digest of the random session token, random license ID, PayPal order and capture IDs, processing state, sandbox or live mode, timestamps and the signed license for automatic delivery, request retries, support and transaction reconciliation. It uses an hourly changing digest derived from the network address to limit order creation; the application database does not store raw IP addresses. Pending orders are retained for approximately 30 days and cleaned up on subsequent order creation; expired rate-limit records are also cleaned up then. Paid license records are retained while providing license recovery and support. Request access or deletion through the store listing developer contact; required transaction records may need further retention. Hosting and network infrastructure may also process request addresses, IP addresses and security logs.
Information visible to PayPal and the publisher
PayPal processes payments under its privacy policy and may collect names, email addresses, payment details and billing information. This automatic checkout does not request a shipping address. As merchant, the publisher can see payer and transaction information provided by PayPal in the merchant dashboard. Verification APIs may return payer fields, but this licensing application does not persist those fields in its database or application logs. Error logs contain only the operation type, error category and random support reference. Information you submit for support is used for orders, refunds and support, and is not combined with X lists. Request refunds through the developer contact on the Chrome Web Store listing. Removing a license does not request a refund.
Permissions and code
activeTab provides temporary access to the current list page you select. scripting injects packaged collection, language and license-checking code. storage saves records, language, checkout session and license locally. Host access is requested only for the licensing-service domain above, for order creation and payment verification. Order requests also send the public extension ID and interface language so checkout can return to the correct extension page. The return page can only request opening the purchase page; it cannot read lists or directly activate a license. All executable extension code is packaged; no remote JavaScript or Wasm is downloaded or executed. The service returns data such as order status and signed licenses. PayPal runs in a separate tab, not inside the extension.
Your controls and deletion
You start, pause or close collection and scrolling; snapshots are saved only after confirmation. Uninstalling the extension or clearing extension data deletes local lists, settings, checkout sessions and licenses. Delete exported files separately. Viewing old history and importing or exporting snapshots remain available without activation. One free comparison is available before purchasing. Save a license backup after purchase to restore access after reinstalling. The developer does not hold your local lists and cannot restore them. Removing local data does not delete PayPal transactions or server records. Contact the developer with necessary transaction details to request deletion of server-side license records.
Limited use and contact
User data is not sold or used for unrelated advertising, profiling, credit scoring or lending. The extension does not read X passwords or cookies or directly call X APIs. Browsing and scrolling let the X page load normally under X policies. This tool is not affiliated with X. Missing rows, renamed or suspended accounts and other changes can affect comparisons; a possible unfollow is not a confirmed unfollow.
